To create a beautiful bathroom interior, designers had to abandon the most common finishing material - tile. Many believe that it is too strict and cold material, relevant rather for finishing sanitary facilities in various institutions. In this project it was decided to decorate the bathroom with natural materials.
The bathroom design is 8 square meters. They used wood and porcelain stoneware: they create a feeling of cleanliness, warmth and add eco-style notes to the interior. One of the walls is veneered with tic, a tree that is not at all afraid of moisture and from which ship decks have been made from time immemorial.
It is very durable, moisture resistant and very beautiful material. The wall opposite is covered with marbled granite. Two more walls are decorated with white plaster, with the exception of a small area inside the glass shower - there is a wall decorated with snow-white mosaic.
The beautiful interior of the bathroom is complemented by “wooden” floors - in fact, they are lined with ceramic granite, which has a wood pattern and imitates the color of whitened oak. This element enhances the feeling of warmth and emphasizes closeness to nature.
To keep the boiler and washing machine out of sight, they were put into a specially built closet. The white gloss of its facades echoes the brilliance of the glass panels enclosing the shower stall and visually slightly expands the space. The “wooden” wall was equipped with several niches and shelves for storing various trifles.
Light design bathroom 8 square. m. provides for the use of different fixtures for different tasks.
- The overall light is provided by a daylight ceiling panel, complemented by swivel spotlights.
- The wash area is backlit with three separate directional lights.
- The bathroom zone is illuminated by suspensions in the form of glass beads on long threads. They give a soft warm light.
To create a beautiful bathroom interior, it is necessary that elements that create a feeling of cleanliness and coolness find their place in it, and at the same time - those that give the room coziness and warmth.
The designers decided this difficult task by combining white planes and rich color and texture of tic in one room. The resulting style can be called "organic." In accordance with it, plumbing has been selected - it has rounded “natural” forms. Washbasin made to order from artificial stone.
The bathroom design is 8 square meters. m. sought to get away from unnecessary details, and used the minimum number of decorative elements. On the wall - a small area lined with mosaics. On the windows - white air curtains, falling in soft folds and bringing notes of romanticism to the interior. Under them hides the lowering curtain, making the window impenetrable for the views from the outside.
