You can create a modern functional space in any apartment. The owner of the presented apartment initially doubted that the usual two-room apartment would have something original and unusual.
The standard layout, low ceilings and small footage, did not give the prerequisites that 45 sq.m. apartment interior can be drastically changed, and without investing astronomical sums.

The main principles of the project were: minimal expenses for decoration and furnishings (furniture from IKEA), speed and simplicity of works, reflection in the interior of the character and interests of the owner, use of handmade decor to give the interior individuality.

The authors of the project took into account the wishes and supplied the room with everything necessary: a folding sofa, soft puffs, racks for trifles, books and a collection plate, there was a place for the bar zone and even for the electronic piano.

This trend is most clearly seen in the use of the attached table, which also serves as a storage space. The kitchen is successfully inscribed in the far corner, it is almost not noticeable against the background of the wall, thanks to spacious cabinets, it has everything you need, additional equipment is built into the wall. The bar counter plays the role of zoning and completely separates the kitchen area from the room and workplace.
