Three-room apartment 70 sq. M. m. located in a panel house. Initially, it had a very uncomfortable layout: several halls and corridors prevented the space from being perceived as a single whole. Low ceilings also can not be attributed to the merits, but the undoubted advantages were the panoramic window and the balcony of a difficult form.
To increase the free space I had to destroy the wall between the kitchen and the living room. As a result, there were two separate rooms - bedrooms, each of them - its own bathroom, and the rest of the space turned into a large and bright living room, combined with a kitchen.
In the design project of a three-room apartment, two primary colors were used - white and black. Each has its own task: white visually expands the rooms and “lifts” the ceilings, black puts accents.
One of the bedrooms belongs to the mother, the other belongs to her daughter, and the characters of these bedrooms are different: the daughter loves the style of pop art, which is reflected in the design of the room, and the mother prefers a soft, elegant classic interior.
Entrance area
When designing a three-room apartment in a panel house, the entrance area was combined with the kitchen-dining area, emphasizing this union with the same floor covering for both rooms. Since the entrance area has an elongated shape, it is narrow and long, black and white squares were laid on the floor, but not parallel to the walls, but diagonally, which visually expands the hallway slightly.
The black and white theme continues with a black stripe on the white surface of the wardrobe and a white diagonal frame on the black entrance door.

In order not to stumble upon the kitchen from the threshold, a glass partition was placed between them with a pattern printed on it that set off the diagonal rhythm of the floor.
Kitchen dining room
When moving from the kitchen to the living room, the white and black “chess” floor is replaced by bleached oak. He also laid out diagonally to avoid a sharp transition.

Living room
To facilitate the perception of the room, part of the furniture is made of glass: this is a coffee table of unusual shape, similar to an inverted pyramid with a clipped top, and a glass rack instead of a TV stand.
Around the perimeter of the room is built-in lights, with which you can illuminate the various areas of the room - they have pass-through switches.
Bedroom
This room is designed in classic beige tones. The wall near the head of the bed is covered with wallpaper with a graphic pattern that continues in the design of lamps.
From the bedroom there is an exit to the balcony, which was slightly modified: the wall under the window was demolished and the standard windows were replaced with French ones.
The ceiling is decorated with false beams, directed perpendicular to the head of the bed. In the same direction, suspended ceilings with lighting.
Children's
The design of a three-room apartment in the panel house provided for two separate bedrooms, one of them is intended for the hostess's daughter.
The girl who will live in this room is 15 years old, and, like many teenagers, she loves bright, catchy accents in the interior. The motifs of the big city are especially close at this age, and in the bedroom one of the walls is covered with photo wallpaper on this subject.
Next to the wall - a sofa that folds into a comfortable bed.
Along the entire perimeter of the ceiling, bright red moldings are laid, echoing in color with the details of the photo wallpaper.
The window sill has become a desktop - it has saved space.
Bathrooms
The design of a three-room apartment in a panel house assumed the presence of separate bathrooms for each family member, and they are decorated differently. Bathroom hostess - strict, made in black and white.
The bathroom is small, and designers arranged a part of the storage space in the space between the pipes - they made a special niche with built-in shelves laid out with a turquoise mosaic.
In a three-room apartment of 70 square meters. there was enough space for a private bathroom to appear next to each of the bedrooms. When designing the bathroom for a girl, two intense colors were used - purple and green.
Furniture set specially ordered the same color as the tile to avoid unnecessary color contrasts. The unusual shape of the lamp on the ceiling is in harmony with the embossed wall tiles.
In the design project of a three-room apartment, all the little things are taken into account: for example, an ordinary water towel dryer in the teenage bathroom could not be arranged so that the hostess was comfortable. Therefore, it was replaced with an electrical counterpart, and its coating in color coincides with the color of the walls, so that it does not stand out and does not “eat” the visual space.
