One of the drawbacks of the standard layout of a small apartment is the lack of a separate bedroom, which did not quite suit the new owners. Redevelopment of one-room apartment of 40 square meters. M., intended for a young family, allowed to successfully solve this problem. For this, the partition between the living room and the kitchen was removed, and part of the resulting open space was used for the bedroom.
Another advantage of the project from the design studio "Guinea" is the arrangement of a dressing room due to the transfer of the entrance to the bathroom. The design is made in a modern style with the features of a loft, minimalism and bright accents.

Entrance hall
The interior of the apartment looks dynamic and extravagant right from the entrance hall with a bold geometric pattern and an abstract composition of wood. On the one side of the hallway there is a built-in wardrobe with an accordion door, and on the opposite side is the entrance to the dressing room with a sliding door made of tinted glass.
Living room
The furniture of the room consists of a long couch of distinctive turquoise color and an original table with a glass top and a padded stool.
The visual center is made up of a combination of the cabinets and a television panel with the addition of unusual lamps and a white catwalk.
A wall with a mechanic pattern that goes over to the ceiling is one of the most interesting features of the project, allowing you to visually expand the room.
Bedroom
On an area of 6.25 square meters. m, separated by a sliding door of glass and contrasting floor trim, created a compact bedroom, where there is a double bed with a shelf on the headboard and a pedestal with decor.
Stylish poster and elongated cylindrical ceiling lights give the bedroom a personality. Curtains help to create favorable conditions for rest at any time of the day.
Kitchen and dining room
In the kitchen area installed linear set with contrasting facades in a minimalist style. Light coloring of the upper tier and illumination of the working area gives the interior lightness, and harmoniously complements its shelving with items of decor placed on the shelves.
The massive bar counter of artificial stone, adjacent to the sofa, serves as a dining table.
Loggia
The living space of the apartment is increased due to the insulated loggia, where now there is a workplace with enlivening details of yellow color.
Bathroom
The finish of the bathroom is dominated by the texture of wood, which is a great backdrop for white surfaces of furniture and sanitary appliances.
