Modern design one-room apartment Khrushchev 30 sq. M. m

Studio layout in a one-room apartment allows you to achieve maximum functionality and get enough free space. Design one-room apartment Khrushchev 30 sq. M. m. - one of the examples of the studio for a single man or for a young family with no children.

The author of the project, Albert Baghdasaryan, was able to rationally manage a small area in order to create conditions for comfortable living in a regular one-room apartment. The result of the work done is its transformation into a full-fledged housing, with areas for rest and work, for cooking and dining.

Living area

A notable component of the interior of a one-room apartment is a cube in a tree that stands out against a white background of walls and ceiling. Inside it is a bathroom and a closet hallway, and the front side of the cube - the visual center of the room with a protruding shelf for decoration and a television panel with acoustics. The attention is attracted by the unusual decor as part of an elegant female figure.

The wall opposite the cube is filled with a combination of cabinets and open bookshelves. Between the cabinets placed a sofa with a strict geometry, in the center - a low coffee table with a glossy surface. The image of the night city gives a complete look.

Near the living-room window there is a working place, the table-top of which is fixed on the wall and the closet. Roman blinds make it possible to adjust the amount of light during daytime. For evening lighting are built-in ceiling lights and ceiling in the form of a circle.

Kitchen and dining areas

The compact white minimalist style set looks stylish thanks to chrome inserts. Part of the lower cabinets are installed under the window, so there is enough space in the kitchen to store all the necessary things.

Window sill - a place to accommodate living greenery. The space between the windows is occupied by the dining area with a dining table, accentuated by a suspension with a volumetric lampshade. Contrast photo framed harmoniously complements this part of the interior.

Entrance hall

The design of the hallway in a one-room apartment, Khrushchev, is simple, corresponding to the preferences of men, and a built-in closet serves for storage.

Bathroom

The walls are made with small-format mosaic tiles in shades of blue. The whiteness of the plumbing, floor and ceiling is complemented by shiny metallic details.
