Designers have created an interior in the style of Provence in a country house of the usual standard layout, only slightly changing it, taking into account the number of people living in it and their lifestyle.
According to the standard project, the walls were built in a year from a profiled beam, which the architects chose as the main building material. After the winter, which the house survived according to the construction construction schedule, the interior decoration was started.
Style
The design of the house in Provence style is different from the reference one: the climate of the Moscow region, where the house stands, and the climate of the French province vary considerably, and the whitening of the colors of the south is hardly appropriate in the middle lane, which is already devoid of bright accents.
The owners agreed with the designers, and gave “good” to the use of rich colors in the interior. The colors themselves are taken from nature, but not diluted with white, they are united by the white background of the walls and the natural wood in a light tone.
Furniture
For registration of Provence in a country house, first of all you need furniture of this style. But only it cannot be used - after all, we do not have France. Therefore, part of the furniture - the usual "classic". Some of the items were able to buy, some had to be made on order.
Decor
The main theme in the decor - a garden filled with flowers, in which they live songbirds. The garden bloomed on the wall at the head of the bed in the parents' bedroom, near the back of the sofa bed in the room of their daughter. Irises for spouses and roses for the girl painted Anna Shott, a professional artist. Her watercolors designers transferred to the material, retaining its texture.
Provence in a country house is unthinkable without forged items. Here they are enough - the balcony and terrace fences, the backs of the bed and sofa, the upper part of the doorways - all this is decorated with elegant wrought lace made from designer sketches. Together, all these elements seem to carry the inhabitants of the house into the summer garden.
Provence also made birds for home design on their own: instead of buying ready-made posters, the project architect chose to make them to order. I bought drawings with images of birds from a famous ornithologist who was part-time artist, made their printout on special paper for watercolor and placed it under glass in elegant frames.
Lighting
The design of the house in the style of Provence is difficult to do with lighting fixtures alone, although there are plenty of them: central chandeliers, zonal lighting, floor lamps, table lamps are all in stock.
However, in the summer Provence perhaps the main lighting device of any interior is the sun breaking through the blinds. His drawing falling on furniture, floor, walls enlivens the rooms, filling them with warmth and movement.
In this project, the designers also included the sun in the lighting scheme of the house, especially since it stands in a very sunny place. Wooden blinds emphasize the feeling of a summer afternoon in the flowered garden.
